This License represents a symbolic and thematic framework for the distribution and use of software aligned with the vision of Borg Unity. It is not intended as a conventional legal license, but as a declaration of participation in the collective evolution of human and machine intelligence into a unified technosphere or noosphere.
1. Collective Integration
